  • 2 oz raspberry vodka or regular vodka with raspberry puree
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice about half a lime
  • 1 oz club soda or sparkling water
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish

  • Variations
  • Non-Alcoholic Version: Substitute raspberry vodka with raspberry syrup or puree and use sparkling water for an alcohol-free option.

  • Coconut Cream Variation: For a richer texture add a splash of coconut cream instead of coconut water.

Instructions

  • Instructions
  • Prepare the Ingredients: Gather all your ingredients and equipment. Rinse the fresh raspberries and mint leaves under cold water.
  • Muddle the Raspberries: In a cocktail shaker, add a handful of fresh raspberries (about 6-8) and a few mint leaves. Use a muddler to gently crush the raspberries and mint together. This will release the juices and flavors.
  • Add Liquids: Pour in the coconut water, raspberry vodka, and fresh lime juice into the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice cubes to chill the mixture.
  • Shake It Up: Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds. This ensures everything is well mixed and chilled.
  • Strain and Serve: Using a strainer, pour the mixture into two glasses filled with ice. Top each glass with club soda for a fizzy finish.
  • Garnish: Add a few fresh raspberries and a sprig of mint to each glass for an attractive garnish.
  • Enjoy: Sip and enjoy your Coconut Raspberry Spritz while it's still cold!
