- 6 oz pisco Peruvian brandy
- 4 oz fresh pineapple juice
- 2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 oz simple syrup equal parts sugar and water

Instructions
- Prepare the simple syrup:
- If you don’t have simple syrup on hand, make it by combining equal parts sugar and water. Heat gently, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Allow it to cool before using.
- Mix the base:
- In a shaker, combine the pisco, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup. This balance of sweet and sour will create that signature Pisco Punch flavor.
- Add ice and shake:
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. You want the ingredients to blend perfectly and chill the drink at the same time.
